Socialism, Communism, Marxism, and all the cutesy labels people use for them (Progressivism, Democratic Socialism, Social Justice, etc.)...Theories such as Trickle-Up Economics, Keynesian Economics, Redistributive Policy... So many things that have been tried before, and have never worked. Yet some people still insist on trying them again, and expecting different results (Definition of insanity, anyone?)

Maybe some people actually believe in this grand vision of a "Socialist Utopia", and maybe others just hunger for the power of control over the masses. Still others might like the idea of having someone else remove the responsibilities from their lives, and are willing to sacrifice their freedom in exchange.

Regardless of the motivation, these people are delusional, evil, and pathetic, respectively. All are dangerous to this Republic, and we must strive to educate and empower people to get involved. Learn about the issues. Register, then get out and vote.

Vote with your heart. Democrat, Republican, and Independent is secondary to voting in people with honor and integrity, and who show a devotion to their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

It is not a living, breathing, document! It is the foundation of our government, the beacon of freedom in the world. Like the foundation of a building, it is solid, resolute, and does not yield. Would you like to be in a building which had a pliable, unstable, prone-to-change, "living, breathing" foundation? Didn't think so.
